Like other reviewers, I researched several cremation diamond companies once I decided that was how I wanted to memorialize my sweet kitty companion. EverDear provided timely and caring communication and also the best price, although I was a little nervous about the process. Their customer service was reassuring and excellent, though – especially when Covid-19 caused delays in their lab and delivery schedules. After 5 months, I was contacted with a photo of my diamond – beautiful yellow, like my cat – and received it about a week later with a kind note and the size/weight of the diamond itself. I’m having it set into a ring so my little buddy is always with me. I really thank EverDear for offering this unique service and giving me a beautiful way to treasure our life together.
